As well as being a well-known identity in Toowoomba business circles, Grahame devotes significant time to the community including his work as a Rotarian and supporting local schools in their job readiness programs.

In Abbertons, Grahame has built a business that fosters customer service, recruitment excellence and a culture of partnering with business to offer advice rather than simply a transactional approach.

As a stalwart of the recruitment industry in Australia, Grahame has maintained active membership in Australia and New Zealand's peak recruitment body, the RCSA (Recruitment and Consulting Services Association) since 1996.

As our Senior Recruitment Consultant and with clients throughout all Australia, Hazel has over 25 years’ service oriented experience in human resources, executive support, customer service and hospitality. This includes five years as the Personnel Officer with PT Freeport McMoran Indonesia, as well as a Human Resources Officer in the hospitality industry, one role of which included the recruitment and induction of staff for a new 350 room four-star resort in Port Douglas.

Hazel is experienced in sourcing, placing and following-up of candidates placed into the workforce and has demonstrated her ability to communicate, negotiate and interact effectively through many mediums with a diverse range of people. Her knowledge with corporate sector representatives, professionals, trade qualified personnel, new graduates and school leavers is indicative of her abilities, enabling her to be your human resources specialist.

Jane Graham

Jane comes from a dynamic marketing and design background, where she managed her own business for ten years.  Jane also has over 25 years’ experience in other industries, including Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), construction, hospitality, sport and electrical wholesale.


Jane started her career in Sydney in an investment bank as a highly respected personal assistant and as her skills, strengths and interests developed, she worked with other progressive companies in sales, marketing and corporate affairs.

Louise Dudley

Temporary Employment and Recruitment Support

Louise comes to Abbertons Human Resources with a Bachelor of Business and over 40 years’ experience, including owning and operating a successful Toowoomba Business for 25 years.

Prior to this, Louise started her working life in real estate before moving to Brisbane to join ASIC, then out to Roma to send several years with Suncorp where she gained experience in both insurance and banking.

With Louise’s business acumen, friendly personality and wonderful customer service, she excels in managing reception as well as the temporary recruitment of staff, which is a delight for both our clients and job seekers alike.
