Administration Officer - Temporary Assignment

Role Profile:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A strong focus on customer service and etiquette
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a corporate/professional environment
  • A flexible and helpful attitude where no task is too much trouble
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and delivery of PowerPoint presentations
  • A demonstrated experience in minuting meetings
  • Excellent communication and sound judgement skills
  • A proven ability to maintain confidentiality and diplomacy around sensitive information and when dealing with all stakeholders
