They are seeking a customer-focused, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join their professional, friendly team. ABOUT THE ROLEWorking closely with the spare parts team you will be managing both telephone and over-the-counter enquiries from dealers and end users of products. You will proactively develop and maintain these business relationships by providing excellent customer service, as you interpret their needs and provide the spare parts required for the relevant equipment and associated brands.Your mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret customers’ requirements by identifying their spare parts from diagrams, sketches and photographs will be an asset to this role. Working closely with the spare parts team you will be managing both telephone and over-the-counter enquiries from dealers and end users of products. You will proactively develop and maintain these business relationships by providing excellent customer service, as you interpret their needs and provide the spare parts required for the relevant equipment and associated brands.

Your mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret customers’ requirements by identifying their spare parts from diagrams, sketches and photographs will be an asset to this role. As Parts Interpreter, some of your other duties will include:

  • Parts and credit requisition orders
  • Stocktake and inventory control
  • Preparation of parts for shipment
  • Assist management in forecasting sales
  • Preparation and interpretation of sales reports
