Our client is a small, family-owned food processing business in Toowoomba who are looking for a mechanically-minded, positive individual to join their tight-knit team as a Production Room Supervisor.As the new addition to their team, you will be quality-focused, inquisitive and committed to delivering an excellent product.The RoleThis role sees you working side by side with the owners and team members of this small enterprise as well as working autonomously. Whilst adhering to Quality Assurance requirements and keeping accurate records, you will be working hands-on with production and packing, and coordinating dispatch to meet delivery deadlines. Your hours of work will be from 6:00am – 3:00pm with overtime opportunities available.Ideally, you will have strong mechanical aptitude and interest to operate, monitor and troubleshoot plant machines.   • Confidence in working at heights

Your previous experience with PLC’s and Quality Assurance processes would be considered advantageous.
