Our client is a locally owned and operated business who are passionate about all things bikes and cycling. Their small team is now looking for a vibrant, friendly and reliable Retail Assistant who is enthusiastic about upholding the company standards in exceptional customer service.THE ROLEAs first point of contact for customers both on the telephone and in the retail outlet, you will be responsible for assisting and generating sales of their products through your provision of excellent customer relations. You will also be involved with after-sales service, merchandising, display and assembly of products.
