YOUR NEW COMPANYOur client is a highly respected, locally owned smash repair firm who are the preferred repairer for major insurance companies throughout the Darling Downs. They are an MTA Queensland endorsed repairer and pride themselves on their customer service and the delivery of a quality product. Due to exponential growth an immediate opportunity is now available for a skilled, knowledgeable and dynamic Estimator, who thrives on providing professional and committed service outcomes to join their team.YOUR NEW ROLE AND DUTIESWith your excellent time management and communication skills you will focus on the provision of excellent customer service where you will use your knowledge and technical understanding to manage all aspects of the automotive damage assessment, estimating and quoting process for drivable and towed vehicles both on and off site. Liaising both in person and over the phone, you will manage, develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, insurance assessors and your team; estimating the time and costs to complete a job and ensuring all quality checks are met at the end of service.
