Medical Receptionist


Our client is dedicated to providing an exceptional standard of care to their patients and families and are looking for a friendly, professional and highly organised medical receptionist who will complement their team whilst providing support to one of the Specialists within the practice.In this front-line position you will provide exceptional customer service to the patients and referring practitioners as well as managing telephone, online and face-to-face enquiries. You will bring to the role your excellent attention to detail, medical knowledge and caring and patient nature. You will have a mature outlook, be efficient and proficient in the accurate scheduling of appointments and management of the patient data-base, as well as processing patient billings and accounts including Private Health and Eftpos transactions.This position could be considered as a full-time role or as 2 part-time positions in a job-share arrangement.
