Medical Receptionist


Our client, a recently opened specialist medical practice, who pride themselves on providing an exceptional standard of care to their patients and families have a unique opportunity for two experienced, caring Medical Receptionists to join their team in Toowoomba. An opportunity for advancement into a Senior position may be available for the right candidate. Providing support to the Doctors, Nurses and Practice Manager these full-time positions will require you to work a 38 hour week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 6:30pm. In this front-line position you will manage phones and face-to-face enquiries, accurately schedule and manage appointments and maintain the patient data-base.
