ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Assisting in management of the Project Management Database system
  • Providing support and back-up to the CEO’s Executive Assistant
  • Assisting with travel arrangements – as directed
  • Archiving
  • Managing of stationery supplies
  • Ensuring reception area and office is well presented

 ABOUT YOU

  • Above average Microsoft Suite skillset
  • A strong attention to detail
  • An excellent telephone manner and customer service approach
  • A basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Well-presented and self-motivated
  • Show initiative and have a flexible, can-do approach
  • Previous experience in the building and construction industry desirable
  • QuickBooks and MangoApps Project Management software advantageous
  • Understanding of OHS, QA and Environmental obligations
  • Demonstrated adherence to confidentiality policies
