As well as being a well-known identity in Toowoomba business circles, Grahame devotes significant time to the community including his work as a Rotarian and supporting local schools in their job readiness programs.

In Abbertons, Grahame has built a business that fosters customer service, recruitment excellence and a culture of partnering with business to offer advice rather than simply a transactional approach.

As a stalwart of the recruitment industry in Australia, Grahame has maintained active membership in Australia and New Zealand's peak recruitment body, the RCSA (Recruitment and Consulting Services Association) since 1996.


Louise Dudley

Louise comes to Abbertons Human Resources with a Bachelor of Business and over 40 years’ experience, including owning and operating a successful Toowoomba Business for 25 years.

Prior to this, Louise started her working life in real estate before moving to Brisbane to join ASIC, then out to Roma to send several years with Suncorp where she gained experience in both insurance and banking.

With Louise’s business acumen, friendly personality and wonderful customer service, she excels in managing reception as well as the temporary recruitment of staff, which is a delight for both our clients and job seekers alike.

Alissa Oakley

Our Recruitment Assistant, Alissa Oakley, comes from a strong banking background and holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services. Having been a successful Executive Assistant to Senior Management, she has widespread experience in administration and client services, is professionally inspired, innovative and solution-focused. Along with her friendly personality and can-do attitude, Alissa is a wonderful asset to the A-Team as she offers support in all administrative areas of the business, her dedication and disposition is invaluable in enabling our team to provide the commitment they need to deliver successful outcomes for our clients

Lynn McLaren

Lynn hails from an established finance and accounts background within the legal sector, where she utilised her accounting, leadership and customer service skills for 7 years.


Lynn began her career in Bundaberg in retail and primary production and as her skills, strengths and interests developed, she worked with other progressive companies in manufacturing and customer service before moving into sales, office administration/management and accounts.


Lynn and her family moved to Toowoomba 18 years ago to join many local relatives and is proud of what this great city has to offer and we at Abbertons are excited about her joining our successful team.
