An exciting opportunity is now available for a risk mindful, motivated, engaging and mechanically confident leader to complement their large Toowoomba operation as a Manufacturing Team Leader.THE ROLEIn this secure full time position, you will be responsible for managing a core team of up to 15 people, working 12 hour shifts, across a set 24/7 roster. You will lead all production activities and be required through effective team leadership to meet performance targets and work within budget.
