Office Manager/Executive Assistant


YOUR NEW COMPANY Located between Toowoomba and Warwick, our Client imports, manufactures and services agricultural machinery and specialises in stock feeding and grain drying/handling equipment. They have a strong customer base throughout all regions of Australia and due to unprecedented company growth they now require a hands-on Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their office on the Darling Downs.YOUR NEW ROLEThe purpose of this newly created Office Manager/Executive Assistant position is to provide hands-on office and administrative support ensuring organisational effectiveness and efficiency throughout the business.  This is an integral role in the companys operations and requires someone who is willing to get in and roll-up their sleeves, assisting in all areas of the enterprise as required.  YOUR NEW DUTIESKeeping the customer needs and requirements first and foremost, you will be responsible for the day to day coordination and running of the office, general bookkeeping, accounts and financial duties, managing all staffing matters, including payroll, staff leave and rosters. You will also act as the PA/EA to the Managing Director, being able to preempt his needs, eventually becoming his right hand providing the necessary administrative and functional support he requires.
