They specialise in roll form construction panels with wide-span capabilities utilised within the agriculture, aviation, defence, education and sports and recreation industries.THE ROLEThis position is based at our Client's head office, located in the southern part of the Gold Coast. Working with a highly experienced and skilled team on exciting projects, we are seeking a hands-on Project Manager, who is a dynamic professional with previous practical commercial construction experience. THE ROLE

THE DUTIES

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Controlling project budgets, delivering accurate cost reports

  • Dealing with DB/BA and Certifier's requirements
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with Clients and key stakeholders to foster repeat business

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or post-graduate degree in Project Management and/or
  • 10 years demonstrated experience working in project management roles in the commercial construction industry
  • Familiar with Project Management software packages
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to oversee several concurrent projects
  • Experience in budget management and cost reporting
  • Understanding of NCC and Australian Standards
  • Well-developed communication techniques and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sound understanding of OHS and QA obligations
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
  • Management of multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI's
  • Open drivers' licence
  • Construction White Card
