This role will see you interacting with a variety of people and businesses on a daily basis, predominantly over the telephone and via email. ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an enthusiastic person, with a fabulous telephone manner, who has a strong attention to detail, demonstrates initiative, has excellent grammar and can bring to the position:

  • An excellent customer service approach
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • A basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Self-motivated, flexible, can-do approach
  • Previous experience with Xero advantageous
  • Demonstrated adherence to confidentiality policies
  • Current Drivers Licence and own, reliable vehicle
