Due to continued growth, they now require the services of an enthusiastic and committed Sales Assistant to join their Toowoomba store in this front-line sales position.ABOUT THE ROLEWith emphasis on customer service, your ‘can-do’ attitude will be highly regarded as you become an integral part of this high performing and close knit team. You will actively build and develop excellent business relationships with customers as you handle their enquiries in person, over the phone and by email, identifying and attending to their needs and requirements. You will also assist with various daily store operations, preparing quotes, generating and processing sales and attending to customer follow-ups, managing your sales as you work to achieve and exceed your sales targets and KPI’s.This is a retail position which will require you to work a five day week, including every second weekend (both Saturday and Sunday), some public holidays, trade nights and FarmFest.ABOUT YOU The following qualities will shine through in the way you provide expert advice to customers who will see you as the 'go to' person for tool supplies.
