Team Leader – Manufacturing


With branches across Australia and New Zealand, our client is a long-established, Australian owned and operated, pipe and fittings manufacturer, who have a committed approach to "can-do" customer-oriented service and a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a motivated, engaging and mechanically skilled Manufacturing Team Leader to join their organisation here in Toowoomba in this supervisory position.ABOUT YOUR ROLEIn this site-based position you will be working across a 28-day rotating roster (with no more than three shifts worked consecutively) and will be responsible for leading a team in the 24-hour production plant, where you will supervise all production activities through effective team leadership, meeting performance targets and budget constraints. Safety and adherence to EH&S standards is at the forefront of this role, and the company takes pride in its team approach towards Zero Harm.In addition to leading and developing your team, this position has hands-on, technical line management activities to help keep your mechanical skills in practice.
